Mary brings both breadth and depth to The People Practice with big picture thinking and the ability to drill down for solutions.  

With 30+ years' experience in a variety of industries as a solid management professional and HR business partner, Mary listens first. She's held progressive leadership roles across a variety of domestic and international sales and service organizations including specialty retail, industrial services, food manufacturing and IT outsourcing. 

Skilled at building effective relationships, Mary and her partners drive business results across diverse constituent groups through effective people strategies and an overarching service focus. Through thoughtful inquiry and collaboration, Mary guides leaders in developing a foundation to build on.

Technical qualifications for Mary include a BA degree in Journalism, an MA in Organizational Management, and a Human Resource Certification Institute professional certification in Global Human Resources (GPHR).
